When going to properties on C or E drive, I do not get the
information that should be displayed: Disk Clean up/and
all the tabs. It does nothing. Is there a way to fix this
without having to reinstall the whole system? It's set
formatted for NTFS.

I believe it could be a registry issue but do not know
where to look.
