The program CISVC.EXE is taking all of my processor time.
This is a Window 2000 SP4 server. When the server is idle
that one program starts and the processor time jumps to
70%. It also runs during some peak times bumping the
processor to 100% and downing all critical programs. How
can I stop this or should I?

Stop the Microsoft Indexing Service or remove it.
