A colleague has referred a query to me regarding intermintant problems
in connecting to an oracle database.
The corresponding entry in the application log is:
Event Type: Information
Event Source: Oracle.cmis01
Event Category: None
Event ID: 34
Date: 12/02/2004
Time: 13:37:47
User: N/A
Computer: ??????
Description:
Audit trail: ACTION : 'CONNECT' DATABASE USER: '/' PRIVILEGE : NONE
CLIENT USER: ?????? CLIENT TERMINAL: Not Available STATUS: 1031 .
Could somebody please advise me as to its meaning and the remedial
action that needs to be taken,
thank you,
James
