hi everyone,
I have a foolish question, so sorry about that. but for my
network with 70 to 80 pcs it is not hard to connect 2000
pros to win server 2000 by rihgt clicking my computer and
type the domain name and there you go. but for a larger
network, does a poor administrator in any platform maybe i
am asking has to go one by one and connect to domain or
realm,, advise me.

Best method is to connect the clients to the domain during the initial
setup.
It will not be necessary very often, to connect all the PCs to the domain at
once.
But if you have to do that, there´s a command line tool in the Windows
Resource Kit - unfortunately I don´t know the exact name: DomAdd oder
DomainAdd or something like this. Anyone here who knows the exact name.
Anyway - even with this tool you have to develop a kind of script or
similiar whichconnects every PC to the domain without touching everyone one
by one.
