- Connecting an Office running Win2K to a remote branch office running SBS
- Posted by Kevin on January 19th, 2004
I have an office in the US and an office in Italy and I would like the 2 offices to start sharing information/data. The office in the US has Windows 2000 Server with Active Dir. The office in Italy uses Small Business Server 2000. Can I create a Trust (or something similar) between these 2 networks in order to make the files in each office available (seamlessly) to the users in the other assuming a VPN link exists between the two locations
If Trusts is not the way to go can anyone suggest a way to provide access to files stored in 2 locations on 2 different systems (Win 2K and SBS) to users in both locations
Any help is appreciate
