Somehow, I got into a situation where I click an internet page shortcut (either on desktop, taskbar, or explorer window) and instead of launching explorer to display the page, a print window appears. If I press print the web page is sent to the printer. If I right click one of the these icons the context window shows Print at the top of the window list, and there is no Open or Open With to be seen.

Obviously something happened. How can I fix this. Reinstall IE?? I tried to find something in the registry but don't know where to look.
