When I have forte-agent 1.93 open, I sometimes get a BSOD

this is the D-Link driver for the
DFE-530TX+ network card

Anyone have this NIC and get these errors and
resolved the problem?

Is it safe to turn off the index server for a few hours
a day? It seems that around 12 am when the index server is
doing its thing (looking at the event logs), these problems
crop up. I've had many other things go wrong when index
server turns on.
