I am creating a standardized desktop image and I am trying
to figure out how to set it up so that when a new user
logs onto the workstation and they open IE, it
automatically opens up to a default page instead of
pulling up the connection wizard.

Create a profile with all the correct attributes, then rename
it to "Default User".
