- Dns lookup redirects

When looking up unknown url, instead of going to my ISP DNS server, lookup is redirected to url sd3.mailbank.com [64.15.175.6]. How do I get rid of this or find how its being done. I've run spybot, hijackthis and searched the registry

What is your DNS server supposed to be? Have you run a full virus scan on
your computer with current-generation, updated AV software?
