- Error Occurs Everytime I Shut Down

winnet.exe failed dll recognition because windows is
shutting down...same message everytime, and I don't know
what to do about...I pondered about deleting winnet.exe
from my startup registry, but I don't know what it
does...it's located in "C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~2
\Toolbar\winnet.exe"...please help...
