- Explorer has generated Errors

Each time I use search function, "Explorer has generated
Errors" error message will pop up and it will have to
close. It only happen after I install SP4. How can I
resolve this?

Can you provide us with additional information? Is this the complete error
message you receive? Do you have any associated entries in either the
Application or System event logs? Does the problem occur in Safe Mode?

Kelvin,
Thanks for the respond.
The complete error message is "Explorer.exe has generated
errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to
restart the programe. An error log is being created."
from the application log, "The shell stopped unexpectedly
and Explorer.exe was restarted. " was associated to this
error.
I tried to search file in safe mode and it happened too.
What could be the problem?
