I am experiencing files lockingup and the server not
releasing the file when a user closes the file. So in Open
Files the status of the file shows opened when it should
be release. When a new user opens the same file they will
only be able to open it in read only mode. It seems like
the same user is locking up the file. It is an Excel file
the user uses Office 97 SR2. Other users with Office 97
SR2 do not have the same problem. Any clues? Thanks
