need to know how to delete freecell from my cpu as it gets
used to often---or can i put a password on its use, How?

Freecell isn't in your CPU. The CPU is the processor in your computer,
Central Processing Unit.
You can uninstall games:
Control Panel--Add/Remove Programs--Add/Remove Windows Components--
Select Accessories and Utilities and click DETAILS BUTTON
Uncheck Games.
OK out of all.
