- Go back an hour

Is there a way to go back an hour on 2000, or go back to
a last known configuration or something. I have a client
who used a palm and it somehow erased everything on the
computer.

Restore from backup. Win2k doesn't have the restore point concept that was
introduced in XP

I'm afraid not. The only thing you can go back to is
your backup.
If Win2000 is still on the PC then you can press F8
during the boot stage and select "Last known good
configuration". However, this will not bring back any
data files.
