I've added Thai language in the "Language settings for
the system" section in General tab of Regional Options
for a Win2K Server and make this language as default.
I've also changed the locale(location) in the same tab to
Thai as well. However, I still fail to view Thai
characters.

I've tried rebooting as well but to no avail. Any idea
why and how to troubleshoot?
