This message is caused by Win2000 being unable to
cope with your new hardware. It can be resolved by
preparing Windows ***prior*** to the hardware change,
which is probably not an option in your case.
You can restore your Win98 boot process by getting
a Win98 boot disk from www.bootdisk.com, booting
your machine with it and issuing this command:
sys c:
