AFAIK PowerQuests DriveImage for Servers will do it.
Alternatively you can use the ERD of any DriveImage
version, create an image file, park it on some suitable
partition, then use a standard burner program (e.g. Nero)
to burn the image file onto a bootable CD. I have lots of
these.
