I feel like this is going to be a stupid question, but I can't seem to find
an answer anywhere. I've got an enterprise CA set up in my Windows 2000
domain and I want to issue a code signing certificate to a user for his
Excel macros. The CA has "Code Signing" in its list of certificates to
issue, but I can't find any interface by which I can issue a code signing
certificate.

How the hell do I do this?
