Launch Add/Remove Windows Components from command line

Launch Add/Remove Windows Components from command line: Posted by Alan Levine on September 18th, 2003; Our network policy hides the Add/Remove Windows Components applet from
the Add/Remove Programs applet. I know there is a command line to
launch the Add/Remove Windows Components applet, but I cannot find a
reference to this anywhere online. DOes anyone know how to do this?
