How can I make all my network users computer login screen
not to show the Local computer Name but only the Domain
Name so that they dont have any choice but to login to the
domain not on thier local computer.

You probably cannot do this: If you could then the machine
could become inaccessible when not connected to the network.
Don't give them local accounts!
