- Logon to this computer option missing in logon dialog
- Posted by mike on February 25th, 2004
Running a W2000 domain, added a W2003 server and promoted
to a DC after doing adprep /forestprep and
adprep /domainprep.
Now at the Windows login dialog box of all the DC's I
only have the choice to log onto the domain and not "this
computer". Member servers are not affected.
Has anyone any input please!
Thanks, Mike

This is by design. DC's no longer have local accounts, only domain accounts.
