I'm having a Win2000 Pro problem. I'm having a 20 to 30
second delay the first time I open the properties dialog
for a file in explorer.exe for both networked and local
drives. Subsequent opens don't show this behavior. There
are also similar delays when launching ie6. Any ideas
would be greatly appreciated.
