LSASS.EXE & svchost.exe going wild!

You might try running Process Explorer, freeware from Sysinternals.
http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/fr.../procexp.shtml

You can then see which service hosted by SVCHOST is consuming all the
cycles. My guess is that LSASS is driven by the activity of SVCHOST.

I tried Process Exxplorer and was only able to confirm
what I learned using Microsoft's command line utility,
tlist.exe.

What I can see is that the process is hosting the
following network services:

EventSystem
Netman
NtmsSvc
RasMan
SENS

Is there some way I can tell which service is causing the
problem? It keeps consuming handles, thread, and
consequently, RAM until the machine is toast.

This is happening daily! HELP!

I may have to rebuild the machine. Won't be fun.
