Anytime I go to microsoft word page and click page setup
from the file dropdown, I get an error message stating
that there was an error and the computer will shut down.

Also I cannot number the pages, any attempt shuts down
the computer.

I would greatly appreciate help from anyone who can help
me solve these problems.
