IIS4 is a component of NT4, IIS5 is a component of Windows 2000 There is
also a difference between the Pro version and Server version in that the
Win2kPro version allows only one web site and is limited to 10 concurrent
connections.

If you want IIS 5 you have to upgrade your operating system, IIS will be
upgraded from 4 to 5 when you upgrade from NT4 to Win2k. It is not available
as a separate component as personal web services is.

???

Sorry Kevin I think I am out of scope :-)

My issue has nothing to do with the OS. I am aware of the components.
Ofcourse IIS 5.0 will run on W2k. I my case upgrade is not the solution
because of new hardware. I have many IIS 4.0/NT that must be consolidated
into less IIS 5.0/W2k. And I need the best procedure and tool to do the
migration/consolidation.

But thanks anyway Kevin.

Kind regards
Henrik
