My Compaq Wheel mouse recently started scrolling too far when I click in the
vertical scroll bar area. It used to go up/down 1 page; now it scrolls much
further. I switched to a Compaq 2-button mouse, rebooted, installed it, and
got the same behavior, so went back to the wheel mouse. What setting
controls this and how do I change it back? It's interrupted my whole rhythm
of working on the machine and is very annoying.
