- Network Drives Goes Offline

Hi,
Can anyone tell me how to keep my network drives from
going offline? I running XP Pro on the desktop and I'm
conecting to a 2000 server.
When I receive the message that my drives are offline, I
select synchronize and my offline folder will synchronize
and everything will appear as normal.
