Opening up WORD documents
Posted by paul anderson on July 9th, 2003

I have had trouble opening up pdf files that are attached
to e-mails.

I just took care of that problem and immediately
thereafter I cannot open WORD documents --- those I have
in memory, or those I receive with e-mails. Also, I
cannot now sent WORD documents as attachments to my e-
mails.

How do I correct this problem which has occurred only
since I am now able to open and receive pdf files attached
to e-mails?

Please provide step-by-step solution.

Many, many thanks.

Paul

Without more information (email client, the meaning of "those I have in
memory"), I would recommend you undo "what you took care of".

A reinstall of the Acrobat reader would have most likely fixed your
problem.
