- Other Computers not seeing Server

Hey I can use some help I have recently installed Windows2000 server on my network. I have a windows Xp machince and a Window ME machine running on a router that connects to my DSL Modem that gives me the internet. I'm having problems with the other computers not being able to access the Windows 2000 server there are shares on the server. Also The server wont see any other computers that are connected to the network. Using Ethernet 100 cards to connect to the router. Any help will be most apprectied

From a command prompt
ipconfig /all
on each pc may reveal something.
