I don't think I had this problem before I installed Service Pack 4. Every time I shut down or restart, the End Now message box pops up and I am told that Explorer.exe is not responding. Thanks, Rene

I assume you have removed the program itself using Add/Remove programs in Control Panel(?). The file should be located in WINNT\System32 and is probably named something like RealPlayer with a "CPL"...
