After running defrag on my hard drive, my pc is running
really slow. Any way I can fix this?

Unless defrag is still running that isn't the problem. Most likely you
have picked up a virus/trojan or other malware on the system. You might
try doing an online scan at one of the Anti-virus web sites and see what
is found.
