I'm currently trying to set up Win 2000 Prof. as my second
operating system on my computer (Win ME being the original)

When I go to set up my internet connection, Windows 2000
can't locate my Modem (Moterola SB4200 Surfboard Cable
Modem) or my Network Card (AsanteFAST 10/100 PCI Rev B
adaptor)

Even when I go into the Install Hardware folder and opt to
select from a list......neither of the two mentioned
components are listed.

Can anyone help?
