after installing SP4(so that i could install the blaster
worm fix) internet explorer has started being a bit
strange.

1. economist.com frequently causes IE to quit due to
errors for no aparrent reason.

2. in certain groups of webpages, pressing back gives me
a message that potentially unsafe activex controls prevent
the page from being properly displayed, but navigating to
the pages in question from elsewhere causes no problems.


both of these problems started only after i installed
SP4. any ideas on how i could fix them?
