I'm getting ready to put in a bunch of new machines going
from W2K machines to new Dell XP machines. I'm thinking
that the best way to migrate the users settings are to
make them into roaming profiles and once the new machines
are in place stop the roaming profiles, would this be best
practice?

BTW, I'm using SBS2003 (getting back into the admin and
I'd say SBS2003 is pretty nice, especially compared to the
first version. Phew been out of this racket too long.)
