This question is regarding Local Computer Policy .. QoS Packet
Scheduler\Set timer resolution
If I lower the timer resolution to e.g. "2" I do not see any
differences on my UDP packet services.
I read somewhere that Windows cannot operate on timers below 10
microseconds.
Can Windows use timer resolution below 10 microseconds?
