When I try to empty the recycling bin with this error
message comes up.

Error deleting file or folder.
Cannot remove folder <foldername>: Cannot find the
specified file.
Make sure you specify the correct path and filename.

I cannot restore the file then delete it again because it
is NOT in the recycling bin (even hidden).

I have restarted a lot, killed explorer and reloaded,
searched for the folder on my computer and all that crap.
HELP ME PLEASE?!?
