- Remote desktop connecting to a opening session

I can't finish my work on a Windows 2003 server of my office. I keep my task
windows open on the server. After going back home, on my home PC, I connect
to this server via a Windows Remote Desktop connection. However I can only
connect to a new session.
Is it possible to connect to the session that I kept opening in my office so
that I can continue to working on the opening tasks?
