How do I reposition my tool bar from the right side back to the bottom and downsize my tool bar icons?

Place the mouse cursor in an empty area of the toolbar, hold
down the left mouse button and drag the bar to any new postion.
To resize the toolbar, place the cursor on the edge of the
toolbar until you just see the changed cursor, hold down the
left mouse button and drag the toolbar to the new size.
