I moved a wrong file to the recycle bin & then emptied the bin. How can I
get the file back?

Note that the longer you use your PC, the slimmer your chances
of retrieving the file. Each time you start & operate Win2000,
something gets written to disk. Sooner or later the deleted file
will be overwritten by something else.
