The easy way: Talk to your network administrator and ask
him to restore it from backup.

The hard way: install your disk as a slave disk in some other
Win2000 PC, then install & apply the undelete tool from this

Download & extract to a diskette and run it from the diskette. DON'T
INSTALL ANYTHING ON THE DRIVE! Doing so may overwrite the file you want
