Here is the deal, I installed the latest ATI Cat 3.9
drivers, and was playing a game, when the machine locked
up due to the drivers.

Now, after reboot, all seemed normal, but I lost all my
Right click on desktop NEW context menu items but 3, and
those are Folder, Shortcut, and Briefcase.

I tried using TweakUI to add text documents back, but that
didn't work. (It DOES show it in the NEW tab list though
in tweakui)
I also tried some other 3rd party program to add items,
and those do NOT work either!

I tried using regedit, (ie, under .txt add ShellNew key,
but that didn't do anything either)

HELP!!!!
