This functionality don't work anymore:

When I select a file, right click, chose "SendTo" and "Mail
Recipient"...

Normaly, it should open my default Email client (Outlook Express or
Lotus Notes...) but nothing happens....

Why?

It seems like if the shortcut in the %Profile%\SENDTO folder was not
working normaly... ("Recipient.MAPIMail")

Is their a way or patch to correct this problem?

Problem source:
(To see the problem, try it, by deleting the recipient shortcut in
%Profile%\SENDTO folder and try to re-create it and se if it work )

Please help me find a solution
