When I try to select among large video files in on of my
document folders, there is a tremendous lag time between
right clicking it and when it opens. So long that I
sometimes Ctrl-Alt-Del out of the folder. All other
folders work normally. My system spec (2500
barton/kt400mobo) are fine. Thanks for the help.

What format are the video files? WMV by any chance - cos
they are hopeless.

512 mb pc2700 kingston hyper x
one of the files is wvm, the other is mpg opened by real
player (the free one)
run pccillin 24/7. did virus scan today.
