whenever i right click on a shortcut, i get about a 2-3
second delay before the options box pops up. This only
happens with shortcuts, not any other type of file. I
checked my cpu usage but there isn't anything excessive
going on nor does my hard drive light flash for more than
the moment when i first right click on the shortcut. Is
this normal? is there a way to fix it?
