Gidday,

A PC I look after crashed during a SP4 install. Now when
the PC starts up it gets a STOP error saying that the DLL
winsrv could not be found in the Default Load Path. Then
the PC reboots itself. I plugged the HDD into another PC
to have a look for the file. It exists in \WINNT\system32.

Has anyone else seen this? Is there a fix for it? Have
tried repairng the Windows installation to no avail.
