- SP4 Installation problem.

I have also got a similar problem after installing SP4 on
our ISA server. It seems to be stuck in a reboot cycle and
I cannot get in to any safe-mode. I'd rather avoid having
to rebuild the server if I can so if anyone else has got a
way around, please let us know.
