Recieved Stop Error

Stop: 0x0000000A (0x00000063, 0x0000001C, 0x00000000,
0x80415026)IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Address 80415026 at 80400000 Dagtestamp 3ad77869 - ntoskrnl.exe

This server is Win2KServer SP2 running Cirix Metaframe 1.8 and Symantec AV
Corp Server installed two weeks ago otherwise no other changes other than
security hotfixes etc for the last year or more.

Same thing happened about the same time of year last year on the same server
with no success in finding out what caused it. This only happened twice
within a week on this server and then went away only to happen again this
year.

If anyone has an idea how I can track this thing down using this info, a
little more closely than what the MS site is saying that it could be
hardware or software check the HCL and uninstall any new stuff and it is
something trying to access a location with a higher IRQL than it has, I'd
appreciate it.
