The OS systems of WXP Pro and W2K Pro in my PC are corrupted for some
reason. I reformatted and attempted to
reinstall W2K but I got error as follows:

***STOP: 0x0000000A(0xB184EAD2,0x00000002,0x00000001,0x8041 50ED)
***Address 804150ED base at 80400000,Data Stamp 3d362a 77-ntoskrnl.exe

There are more followed the above but not posted here.

I would like to know what the nature of the problem is. What I did
recently include 1) replacing RAM, 2)
installing NAV which failed, 3) attempting to install W98 which failed,
4) attempting to install W2K which
failed, ,5) replacing CDROM drive, 6) attempting to install w98 which
failed. 7) attempting to install W2K which
failed.

Please help

Try removing all unnecessary hardware from your system before installing
Windows 2000.
