I have received the below (blue screen) error
intermittently for the last year without resolve. I have
completely rebuilt this machine including all software,
driver and bios updates. I do have an HP d145 hooked up
to this machine and did find other threads that indicated
this could be an issue. Has anyone had this problem and
found a fix? Thanks!

Steve
I started down that road in the beginning. Prior to rebuilding the system I updated all USB device drivers first then I went through every device in or attached to the computer to look for driver/software updates. Nothing improved. Then I completely rebuilt the system and repeated the process without resolve. I have a feeling it is the HP d145 which is hooked up via USB but who knows? It is hard to troubleshoot because it is so intermittent, but when it does appear it can repeat for a few days. I will keep searching. Thanks
