hello,i recently had a problem ping host ,then after
trouble shooting realized my firewall was not loading but
was still working,i stopped it in services. Does anyone
know why i cant pull it up,i go to programs and click it
and nothing happens,it load in processes in task
manager,but i cant get the GUI to come up,its supposed to
load on startup,i have rebooted and still nothing,like i
said its still working though,im confused why this is
happening...!!!!
